This acquisition was awarded on a noncompetitive basis with Entrust manufacturing, due to being the only known source to provide direct replacement parts that will interface and be compatible existing equipment at the Watervliet Arsenal. Any deviations could result in differences in run time, run temperature, safe cutting rate and other critical variables.
