US Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for for the procurement, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of two (2) 100kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems at Line 3A of the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant (IAAAP) in accordance with the terms and conditions of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number W52PIJ-09-G-0001.
