UNICOM Software Maintenance

This contract action was not awarded competitively.

The contract was awarded on a sole-source basis to UNICOM Systems, Inc. because the requirement is for proprietary commercial software maintenance, and UNICOM Systems, Inc. is the only responsible source capable of providing the required services. The contractor owns and controls the intellectual property necessary to meet the Government’s minimum requirements.
