The Department of the Army, USAG Fort Jackson has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for on-call Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) dud survey and clearance services. We require one BPA holder. BPA Authority: This BPA will be established under the authority of RFO FAR Subpart 12.201-1(e)(3). Scope of Work: The vendor shall provide all qualified personnel, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to perform UXO dud survey and clearance at the Remagen Hand Grenade Range.
