Underground Storage Tank Inspection and Maintenance

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to re-solicit the soliciation which previously closed on 12 February 2026 at 10 AM. This solicitation amenment addresses the following:

1. Correct the price per visit for Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 0009, 1009, 2009, 3009, and 4009 to reflect the "not to exceed" price as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

2. Extend the deadline for quote submissions to February 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

3. Adjust the estimated period of performance for all CLINs as a result of this change.
