NAVSUPPACT requires Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Process Improvement, as well as administrative and knowledge management support services for the collaboration and execution of a continuous program of wide-ranging projects. The primary focus of the contract is project management, mentorship of belts, and support of the Belt Training and Development Program.
