U.S. Space Force (USSF) Space Based Interceptor (SBI) Pre-solicitation notice for Prototype Proposal (RPP)

1. The purpose of this announcement is to notify potential offerors that the U.S. Space Force (USSF) Space Systems Command (SSC) Program Executive Office (PEO) for Space Combat Power (SCP) is intending to release a Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) FA8819-25-9-1002 for Space Based Interceptors (SBI) LOE 2M on approximately 7 December 2025. SSC/SCP will be looking for kinetic midcourse interceptor solutions only. SSC/SCP anticipates award(s) in February 2026. This action is expected to result in multiple fixed price Other Transaction Agreements in accordance with 10 USC 4022.
