The U.S. Government is seeking retail office space for a U.S. Marines Armed Forces Career Center.

 The Government requires a full-service lease for:

• A minimum of 900 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 1400 RSF of retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center
• Lease term five (5) years or less with Government termination rights 
• Located within a defined delineated area in San Francisco, CA
