The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program invites small business concerns (SBCs) to submit innovative proposals under this Solicitation.

The DHS SBIR Program Office encourages all small business concerns, including small disadvantaged, women-owned, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and socially and economically disadvantaged small business concerns, with the capability to conduct research and development for homeland security-related topic areas described in Appendix A, and to commercialize the results of that Research /Research & Development (R/R&D), to submit proposals in response to topics described in this Solicitation.
