The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to provide Government responses to questions submitted in accordance with the solicitation instructions. Response to one (1) question resulted in changes to the solicitation. These changes have been identified in the attachment, though the Government does not intend to release a corrected version of the impacted solicitation section. This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for 9mm Duty and Reduced Hazard Qualification Ammunition in support of CBP Law Enforcement Safety & Compliance (LESC). See attached RFP Section III for specific instructions on how to respond to this RFP.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to solicit proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFP) 70B06C25R00000018 for Law Enforcement Safety & Compliance (LESC) 9mm duty and reduced hazard qualification ammunition. The Government anticipates making a single indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) award resulting from this solicitation. The anticipated contract will be issued with a period of performance of five (5) years. All required supplies are detailed in the Statement of Work, which will be included with the RFP.
