U.S. Consulate Perth Design and Construction Densification Project

The Consulate General of the United States of America in Perth has a requirement for a firm fixed price for design and
construction activities to undertake a comprehensive Level 13 workplace refurbishment and furniture reconfiguration at
the U.S. Consulate General Perth, including demolition, architectural modifications, furniture installation, electrical works,
communications/data infrastructure upgrades, and associated fit-out works.  See attached RFQ.
