Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the annual preventive maintenance of the Consular audiovisual system (intercom, paging & displays) at the U.S. Consulate General Merida.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. The award will be based on initial quotations without discussions; however, discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if necessary.
