AMENDMENT 01 - ISSUED 27 MAY 2026
The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Change the Site Visit requirement from "mandatory" to "highly encouraged".

All other terms and conditions, including the quote due date of June 11th, 2026 at 3 pm PDT, remain unchanged.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: 

The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, material, transportation, supervision, services and items necessary to ensure a full system inspection and rebalancing of the building's heating system located at USCG AIRSTA Port Angeles. The work will involve testing all relevant components, adjusting flow rates to achieve specified performance, and verifying the correct operation of the entire system. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for this project. The full scope of work and specifications are included in the solicitation documents.
