The Naval Air Warefare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Instrument Systems (NCAGE: DD4476) for the issuance of a Firm Fixed-Priced contract. The contract will be for the procurement of two Type A Goniometer systems. Instrument Systems is the only distributor capable of providing a solution that meets the requirements.
