DLA Aviation intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 13.5. This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 19.502-2, Total small business set-asides and incorporates provision and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular CFR 12.603.
