TUNGSTEN SHIELDING

The Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, Virginia, is seeking to Purchase 65 Tungsten Impregnated Silican Polymer CDM Outsert Shielding.  This is a Firm Fixed Price Sole-Sourced Requirement. On Page four (4) of this Request for Quote (RFQ) under the heading "Extended Line Item Description" there is a list of five (5) attachments.  This is a brief explanation of the attachments included on SAM.gov for this requirement.  Please read each one carefully for descriptions and specifications.  Attachment five (5) needs to be filled in as directed with YES or NO boxes checked and initialed and dated at the bottom.  Attachment five (5) shall be returned with the filled in RFQ.  This Award is Sole-Sourced and Patent Protected (attachment 1).

Your quoted price must be all inclusive.  This shall include the price for shipping, completing test reports, completing the Certificate of Compliance, and any other costs.
