Tugboat Services for LaGrange Lock and Dam

SOLICITATION NOTICE:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Rock Island District (MVR), intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Tugboat Service for LaGrange Lock and Dam. The contractor is responsible for providing tugboat services to LaGrange Lock and Dam during dam operations when river conditions are getting worse and require additional vessels with more capability to ensure safety and mission accomplishment during dam operations.
