The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Fresno, California at the Fresno Yosemite International Airport. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 2,688 ANSI/BOMA office area. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The space must be located on airport property, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
