MUST BE QUALIFIED VENDOR WITHIN MIL-DTL-82886A TABLE VI, and MCAAP PAMPHLET 702-13. See attached Amendment to include following verbiage: "**To be considered for potential award, vendors must be currently listed on the Qualified Vendors List.** To be eligible for future considerations, all inquiries should come to MCAAP Quality Assurance Lab from the Contracting Office."
