The objective is to acquire one (1) fully transportable C-band weather radar facility with an option to purchase one (1) or two (2) additional transportable X-band weather radar facilities, for a total potential purchase of three (3) radar facilities. This requirement is in support of fire weather and post-wildfire hydrology research objectives. This facility is envisioned to be a truck-mounted dual-polarization weather radar.
