The Department of Veterans Affairs, Atlanta VA Healthcare System, 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, Ga 30033 (in a 30 mile radius), is hereby soliciting quotes for Veteran Transitional Housing Services surrounding Decatur, GA. The VA anticipates entering a fixed price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with five (5) one-year pricing periods with one six (6) month option to extend services. This procurement will be conducted using Part 13.5 of the FAR. An unrestricted request for quotation is contemplated for this solicitation. The NAICS is 624229, with a size standard of $19.0 Million; The PSC is G004. The anticipated issue date for this request for quote is December 6 2024.
