In accordance wiht FAR 5.3, this is the Synopsis of Contract Award for the H-60 Towable 1500 Lb Capacity Maintenance Crane effort for the Foreign Military Sales Spanish Armada program, contract N68335-26-C-0086.  This contract was competed on a limited competition basis between the Original Equipment Manufacturer and its authorized distributor pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C 32014(a)(1), From a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of property or services will satisfy the needs of the agency.
