Top Wind Tunnels

The U.S. Army TMDE Activity (USATA) has a requirement to purchase of two (2) Wind Tunnels that will be used by USATA Engineers and Technicians to provide OCONUS support to customers owning wind speed measuring devices (hot-wire anemometers). Industrial hygiene and chemical testing facilities are impacted by the increased turn-around time of sending their equipment to the APSL.
