Title IV Financial Aid Origination and Disbursement (TIVOD) System & Customer Services Transition Services

The U.S. Department of Education awarded a hybrid firm-fixed-price contract to Accenture Federal Services LLC, which included a Time-and-Materials CLIN for Other Direct Costs. One (1) proposal was received.  

Amendment 0001 is being issued to remove Attachment J-2, Master SLA dated 2-15, and replaced with Attachment J-2, Master SLA dated 6-5. 

The U.S. Department of Education, Office of Federal Student Aid, is conducting a two-phase solicitation in accordance with the Department of Education Acquisition Regulation (EDAR) 3415.302-70. 

This solicitation is for Phase I of the two-phase process. Selection in Phase I does not constitute, nor guarantee, a contract award as a result of this Phase I solicitation.

The offers submitted for the Phase I solicitation will be evaluated based on the evaluation factors Go/No-Go Criteria and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) in the solicitation. 

Only the Offerors selected for Phase II will receive the Phase II solicitation.
