This is a Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime intends to increase the ceiling of contract SPE7LX-22-D-0019 which is held by GOODYEAR TIRE & RUBBER COMPANY, THE. CAGE 04NP3. The current ceiling is $71,240.00 and the Government intends to increase it to $250,000.00. No RFP/solicitation will be issued to the public, as this adjustment will be made to the aforementioned existing contract. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
