The required services can only be provided directly by A-Tune, Inc. Since this vendor is the developer/manufacturer and provides the required maintenance specifications, this request is supported by a sole source justification. The commercially available services, as required, are only available from one source. The services are available only on the open market.  This contract action is made under conditions described in FAR 6.302-1.
