The Contractor shall provide non-personal services. This is a five (5) year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for recurring Thunderbirds Alterations for the USAF Air Demonstration Squadron. The United States Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron (USAFADS) Thunderbirds are requesting the re-establishment of a BPA for the alterations necessary to maintain their uniforms. - Making alterations to the Thunderbird duty uniform shirt to include: Adjust sleeve length in/out, sew crease on inside/outside of sleeve, adjust body of shirt in/out and/or up/down, sew crease on inside body along sides, apply/remove rank insignia, apply Thunderbird logo patch and meatball Velcro (patches will be provided). ....
