The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility intends to award a sole-source contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1), as it has been deemed only one source is available to meet this specific requirement as only Thermwood Corporation authorizes its service technicians to perform maintenance on its equipment.
