NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Thermo Electron North America, LLC: 1400 Northpoint PKWY STE 10; West Palm Beach, FL 33407 under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that Thermo Electron North America, LLC is the sole provider of Thermo Scientific 2 year service plan. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
