This action is for the renewal of Thermo-Calc software licenses, upgrades, and maintenance support via a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Brand Name ONLY, not exceptions. NOTE: The requirements in DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation, are applicable for all items. The contractor shall provide DoD unique identification, or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent. Pricing must be all inclusive of all costs and pricing.
