The Government seeks office space in Greensboro, NC - RLP Amendment

The following RLP paragraphs are being amended: 

1 - GSA Form R101A, Paragraph 3.06A    TENANT IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED IN OFFER (SLAT) (OCT 202O) is replaced with the following language:

A. Tenant Improvement Allowance Pricing.

The TI Allowance is $64.11 per ABOA SF (TIs are the finishes and fixtures that typically take Space from the shell condition to a finished, usable condition.) The TI Allowance shall be used for the build-out of the Space in accordance with the Government approved design intent drawings.
