The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for Second Level Enginering Services. All work to be accomplished in accordance with the atatched SIR/request for proposal (and attachments). The FAA anticipates award of one ID/IQ, Time and Material contract with Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable line items. The contract period of performance is a one year base and four (4) one year option periods. This award will incorporate a transition period of up to 30 days prior to the start of official contract performance.
