This DRAFT RFP allows interested parties to submit questions and comments regarding the requirements and the acquisition itself.  AFLCMC/WID will not accept or evaluate any proposals received in response to the DRAFT RFP. This notice does not constitute a request for proposals and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.  Not responding to the DRAFT RFP does not preclude anyone from submitting offers for the Final RFP.  Information contained herein is subject to change.
