Solicitation W9115124R0030 for Test Engineering and Analysis Services (TEAS), non-personal services for test engineering and analysis, software development, and test support to White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) and its tenants was awarded via W51EW725CA002 to NTSS JV II, effective 01 Oct 2025. The total five-year contract value is $58,912,913.22

The TEAS contract requirement was executed as a competitive, 8(a) small business set-aside utilizing a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract type. The period of performance (PoP) specifies a one-month phase-in period, an eleven (11) month base period, and four (4), one-year option periods, to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, was included and evaluated.
