AMENDMENT 02:

The purpose of this amendment is to answer the below questions and incorporate Attachment 11 (Ordering History SP450019D0016 Base Period) and Attachment 12 (Ordering History SP450019D0016 Option Period).

1. The cleaning contractor will place the sludge and solids into the provided containers and remove and dispose of them according to the Sagami/Misawa hazardous waste disposal contract. Regarding the "Sagami/Misawa hazardous waste disposal contract", are there designated locations for this?
