T-9 Dozer Technical Manual revision

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to modify the existing Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) T-9 Electro-Hydraulic (EH) Medium Dozer requirements contract W56HZV-21-D-0034 with Caterpillar, Inc to add the requirement for Technical Manual revisions. This action will be awarded on a sole source basis to Caterpillar, Inc. of Peoria, IL.  The proposed contract modification is to incorporate the Electro-over-Hydraulic (EoH) procedures  into the Technical Manuals supporting the T-9 Medium Dozer. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.”  ....
