Synopsis sole source ViaSat

NAVSUP FLC Philadelphia intends to solicit on another than full and open competition basis for ViaSat software licenses renewal and training support for JID. The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition pursuant to the statutory authority of FAR 12.102(a).
