Synopsis for Virtual Machine (VM) Development Services

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD), Contracting Department intends to solicit for a commercial, firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order. This requirement is in support of Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), who requires services to build and maintain a Virtual Machine (VM) environment that will host hands-on exercises pertaining to cybersecurity courses taught at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) School Oberammergau (NSO).
