CONTRACT INFORMATION: This contract is being procured in accordance with the Selection of Architect Engineers Act, the provisions outlined in FAR Subpart 36.6 and the procedures provided in Engineer Pamphlet (EP) 715-1-7, section 3-16. Architect-Engineers (A-E) will be selected for negotiations based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the type of professional services required.
