Synopsis - Airfield Management

This notice serves to announce the intent of the 81st Contracting Squadron to issue a solicitation (competitive acquisition) for Airfield Management Services on a non-personal services basis at Keesler Air Force Base (AFB), Mississippi (MS). Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance is expected to be 01 April 2026 – 31 March 2027, plus four one-year option periods.

The acquisition will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 488119, and the size standard is $40.0M.
