This is a monetary limitation order only. This is an unpriced order that will be definitized by the PCO. This contract is for the repair of 8 Switch, Fiber Optics. This is a sole source repair requirement with the Boeing Company. This contract action is awarded utilizing the Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF) authorized under FAR 18.001(a). These flexibilities are utilized tosupport the P-8A Poseidon Aircraft. Under this authority, streamlined procedures have been applied.
