This is a solicitation notice for a one-time contract to provide services for concrete barrier mobilization, emplacement, and de-mobilization for the 4th of July event on Schofield Barracks, HI. Quotation with supporting documentation is due by Friday, June 12, 2026 at 10:00 am Hawaii Standard time via email to: maria.d.olipas.civ@army.mil. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified by the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Technical Exhibit (TE1).
