The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Aerial Targets Program Office (PMA-208) Patuxent River, MD intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Cost-Plus Fixed Price (CPFF) Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-20-G-0005 with Northrup Grumman Systems Command, Inc. (NGSC), Rancho Bernardo, CA. The anticipated modification to delivery order N00019-23-F-0007 is for an update to Statement of Work to add a procurement part associated with the BQM-34S.
