The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) program intends to procure Strychnine Alkaloid N.F. Powder for use in bait products to control nuisance pests. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity commercial supply contract.
