The Department of War?s (DoWs) Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) is interested in receiving proposals for innovative research as set forth in the Announcement of the SERDP Exploratory Development (SEED) program. This notice constitutes a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) as contemplated in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) 6.101(b)(3)(ii)(A).
