Provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) handling the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored and non-sponsored cargo through Packer Avenue and Tioga Marine Terminals located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. These two strategic northern seaports are located on the Delaware River, Packard (under the Walt Whitman Bridge), and Tioga located just south of the Betsy Ross Bridge. The purpose of this synopsis is to notify interested parties that the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Acquisition (AQ) office anticipates the issuance of a solicitation for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) in Philadelphia.
