AMENDMENT 01 – ISSUED 27 August 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to: Provide answers to questions posed by offerors. Notes to Offerors: Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning the SF-30 with their proposal. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
