This is an award notice containing a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition for aerial and/or static displays for Commemortive Air Force, Central Texas (CAF CENTEX). This award was solicited to and negotiated with CAF CENTEX for the following historical air crafts -

2. B-25 Yellow Rose
3. C-45 Lonestar Lady
4. U-3 Blue Canoe
5. T-6 Texan
6. BT-13 Slo Poke
7. A-4 Skyhawk Cockpit Trailer

This requirement was procured on a single source given the circumstances and unique factors for this requirement. Please refer to the attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition for further details regarding the procurement of this request.
