Starrett Optical Coordinate Measuring Machine

This is a pre-solicitation notice, a solicitation will be posted at a late date.  The requirement is for (1) one Starrett brandname AVR300 optical coordinate measuring machine, with a workstation and one day of on-site training for the Product Test Center in Columbus, Ohio.
