THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED AS SOLE SOURCE TO FAIRBANKS MORSE LLC.

SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR SERVICE REQUIREMENT. SERVICE MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH

THE STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) OR PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS). SOLICITATION FORM NEEDS TO BE FILLED IN, SIGNED AND SENT IN WITH QUOTE FOR BID TO BE CONSIDERED.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FLC-PS. This

solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the SAM.GOV
